Herbert and Grace Dow's legacy of hospitality, which began 125 years ago by welcoming guests to their home and gardens, continues to thrive at Dow Gardens. The Herbert H. and Grace A. Dow Foundation has opened a new 22,000-square-foot Welcome Center at 1809 Eastman Avenue, designed to welcome between 200,000 and 250,000 guests annually.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony takes place Friday, June 19, 2026, from 11 AM to 12 PM.
