Event Details

We’re bringing a forgotten era of food back to the table during this interactive book club! Join Historian, Samantha Engel and Senior Horticulturist, Chuck Martin and learn about diverse crops such as avocados and mangoes and follow their journey to the American plate.  Participants will need to secure a copy of The Food Explorer: The True Adventures of the Globe-Trotting Botanist Who Transformed What America Eats by Daniel Stone. The club will meet weekly, via Zoom.
